| Lenovo IdeaPad Yoga, An ultrabook/convertible tablet PC with lots of power. If you though that you have seen all there was to see at the CES 2012 in Las Vegas, you should think again! The Lenovo IdeaPad Yoga is one of the most spectacular computer devices I have personally witnessed in a while and is set to turn some heads once it is released, later this year. The 13.3-incher looks like your regular ultrabook at a first sight, even a bit bulky, but once you flip the lid backwards, you just about get a tablet PC. That’s right, the Lenovo IdeaPad Yoga is a laptop that can be converted into a slate by simply turning around the display! Yes, I know, it seems like something out of a sci-fi movie, but it’s 100 percent real and set to come to a store near you soon. Well, not exactly soon, it will run Windows 8 and therefore should not be made available before next fall. The Lenovo IdeaPad Yoga looks very stylish, both in laptop mode and as a tablet, and will pack some power under its hood as well. A third generation Intel Core Ivy Bridge processor, a 256 GB solid-state drive and a battery life capable of running up to eight hours on a single charge are just three of the features of this awesome piece of computer equipment. And talking about displays, the IdeaPad Yoga sports a beautiful high-resolution IPS panel with 1600 x 900 pixels. There are also all the basic ports and connectivity options, including an SD card slot (probably micro), HDMI, a USB 2.0 connector and a 3.0 one (again, probably all micro and mini versions). In terms of product dimensions and weight, the Lenovo IdeaPad Yoga is set to measure a mere 0.67-inch thick and to weigh in at around 3.1 pounds. That’s a pretty slim profile, and it should satisfy any technology guru looking for a multifunctional computer today and in the near future. Your anchor text |
